Easy to set up: just plug the base unit into a power outlet and a phone jack. Your medical alert system includes a high-quality 2-way microphone and speaker. And in the event of a power outage, it’s got a 30-hour backup battery.
All agents are U.S.-based and trained to assess any emergency no matter where you live. Once help has been contacted for you, an agent will stay on the line until your emergency is resolved.
